Leadership
Harold Guido is the Managing Member of Guido CPA, LLC. He graduated Florida International University with a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida. He has been practicing accounting, tax planning and preparation, and assurance services since 2012. Harold specializes in, but is not limited to, the investment industry, including hedge funds, private equity funds, registered investment advisors, and real estate. He has over 10 years of experience in different structured funds, which include stand-alone funds, master feeder structures, fund of funds, private equity, co-investment vehicles, real estate funds, and offshore feeder funds.
